How to Evaluate your own site’s SEO Profile

Before you can evaluate your site’s SEO profile, you need to understand what a SEO profile is, and how it works. A SEO profile for a site is just like a Marketing plan or a Business plan.
Writing your SEO profile should consist of the following:-
An Introduction: -  This should include a brief description of your company as well as purpose statement of some kind. If you can describe you company in neat, tight format, you will be one step ahead of most of the SEO game.

Goals Relating to Search Engine Status: - What do you want your page rank to be? Where do you want to be listed under specific keywords? Top 50? 25? 10? How many pages of your site do you want Search engines to index? Do you want to pay for a listing? These questions will get you in the started but you must go more in depth into your SEO goal. Also include Search Engines and Directories that you feel necessary such as Google, Yahoo, DMOZ, and MSN.

Information Regarding SEO Action and Achievement: - This one is pretty self explanatory. List everything that you do regarding to SEO as well as any successes caused by these actions.
Once you have written a SEO profile, you can compare it time to time with what’s going on with your site, before, either adjusting your site to reflect your strategy (plan), or adjusting the profile to reflect strategy (plan) change. Generally it is wise to stick to the Plan, but occasions may arise when you find that this is simply not logical anymore. In this cases you must revaluate your entire strategy (plan) because on change can effect the rest of your strategy (plan).
If you have extremely intricate (complicated) strategy (plan) that depend on one thing going well, you may want to diversify (Todna bhinn bhinn karna) your strategy (plan). Your profile should especially focus on special things, you plan to do that are not standard SEO practice. Standard SEO can get only so far. Every one of your competitors probably doing the same things so gets creative. This is one place where doing something for yourself can really push you on the top. If you have already high ranking then you should user your profile to document and reasons why it has happened, to help you maintain your high ranking.
Keeping your SEO profile Updated will allow you to stay current not only on what’s going on with you site, but also on what’s going on in the SEO industry. The SEO industry is very fickle (changeable), because search engines are always in competition with one another to deliver the most result of highest quality. It can change suddenly without warning according to demand and benefit of market. If you stay on top of  your quality then change in SEO industry will have minimal effect on you. It is still important to trace (denote, copy, sketch) these changes in order to ensure that your site gets maximum exposure. Evaluating your website and profile regularly give you an advantage in market, you should never let a profile get older than 3 months.
There is software available online that can help you evaluate you site’s SEO profile.

The Value of Niche Marketing

Definition of Niche market: - A niche market is smaller portion on large market. It generally refers to a group whose needs are not being addressed by mainstream  provider. Another way we can say that niche marketing would be a narrowly defined group of potential customer.

If you are attempting to start a business online or if you are simply trying to increase you traffic and revenue (Profit), focusing on niche market can give you the edge that you need in order to reach high goals. There are so many different niches in the overall market that any website of any topic can find a niche and fill it.
The most powerful tactic in the history is the classic divide and conquers routines. You can make money if you can take place over one niche and then another and another. Focusing on smaller groups of people, and dominate their needs in a particular area is the best way to effectively spend you resources.
Finding niche markets can be a daunting task.

Understanding Stop Words and How to Avoid Them

To understand how to avoid stop words, you have to understand first what the stop words are. Search engines have some words or phrases that are considered “Stop Words”. When the spider or crawler encounter one of these words they will live immediately your website and any information they gathered from it will not be saved in their database. This means that your website will not be indexed. If your website is already indexed, the crawler will come back and check them that your site is updated or not and if in this process crawler get any stop words then your site could get banned from the search engine. You will not be allowed to remove the word and resubmit. It’s too late.
Different search engines have different lists, but some stop words are universal – usually words that refer to sites with Graphical, Sexual content, or other “Adult material’
These are not only Stop Words, However some search engines create different lists of Stop Words for each different kind of websites. The algorithms which rank the pages determine how many times on a page a keywords is listed, keep in mind that there are people trying to keyword stuff their pages to improve their ranking. If a word is not relevant to your site, don’t list it in your keywords, this is one easy way to avoid losing of your index privileges (visheshadhikar, mukt karna).
Keywords stuffing is when someone use the same keywords over and over again in the Meta tags and the content of the web pages. If you are searching the web and come across a website that seems to be raked far too highly. Then keyword stuffing is usually to blame. The search engines work hard to stop people from using these types of tactic, and usually de-list site that they find to using them. That’s why some sites can be listed near the top for some while and before one day seemingly disappearing altogether.
