• Purchase and Credits: Upon purchasing a bulk discount package, clients receive additional credits. For instance, purchasing a "Basic Bulk Discount Package" worth ₹10,000 grants an extra 10% credit, totaling ₹11,000 in your account.

• Refund Eligibility:

  • Within 15 Days: If no credits have been utilized to purchase services, clients can request a full refund of the package price (e.g., ₹10,000).
  • Within 30 Days: Clients have up to 30 days to assess our services. If services have been availed, the actual cost of each service (as listed on our website) will be deducted from the total amount before processing the refund.
  • After 30 Days: Payments for bulk discount packages become non-refundable.

2. Specific Services:

Payments made for the following services are non-refundable:
